Описание

  Doxycycline belongs to the group of tetracyclines and has bacteriostatic action against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria like Бордетелла виды, Кампилобактер виды, кишечная палочка, Гемофильная палочка виды, Пастерелла виды, Сальмонелла виды, Стафилококк виды клятва стрептококк виды Доксициклин также активен против Хламидиоз виды, Микоплазма виды клятва Риккетсии spp. The action of doxycycline is based on inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis. Doxycycline has good affinity towards the lungs and is therefore especially useful for treatment of bacterial respiratory infections. Gentamicin sulfate belongs to the group of aminoglycosides and has bactericidal action against mainly Gram-negative bacteria like кишечная палочка, Klebsiella виды, Пастерелла виды клятва Сальмонелла spp. The bactericidal action is based on inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis as well. Administered orally, gentamicin is poorly resorbed and, therefore, performs its action predominantly in the gastrointestinal tract.  

Показания

  Gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to doxycycline and/or gentamicin like Бордетелла виды, Кампилобактер виды, Хламидиоз виды, кишечная палочка, Klebsiella виды, Гемофильная палочка виды, Микоплазма spp. , Пастерелла виды, Риккетсии виды, Сальмонелла виды, Стафилококк виды клятва стрептококк spp. in calves, sheep, goats, swine and poultry.  

Противопоказания

Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines and/or aminoglycosides. Administration to animals with seriously impaired renal and/or hepatic functions. Concurrent administration of penicillins, cephalosporins, quinolones and cycloserine. Administration to animals with an active microbial digestion.

Побочные эффекты

Discolouration of teeth in young animals. Hypersensitivity reactions. Prolonged application of high doses may result in neurotoxicity, ototoxicity or nephrotoxicity.

Дозировка

For oral administration. Calves, sheep and goats: Twice daily, 1 g per 20 kg body weight for 3 – 5 days. Swine and poultry: 1 kg per 1000 litres of drinking water for 3 – 5 days. Note: for pre-ruminant calves, lambs and kids only.

Время вывода средств

- Для мяса: Телята, овцы и козы: 14 дней. Свиньи: 8 дней. Птица: 7 дней. Не предназначено для использования в птицеводстве, производящем яйца для употребления в пищу человеком.
