Описание

Chlortetracycline belongs to the group of tetracyclines and has bacteriostatic action against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria like Clostridium виды, Corynebacterium виды, кишечная палочка, Гемофильная палочка виды, Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Пастерелла виды, Сальмонелла виды, Стафилококк виды клятва стрептококк spp. The action of chlortetracycline is based on inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis. Chlortetracycline is mainly excreted in urine, for a small part in bile and in lactating animals in milk.

Показания

Gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by chlortetracycline-sensitive bacteria, like Clostridium виды, Corynebacterium виды, кишечная палочка, Гемофильная палочка виды, Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Пастерелла виды, Сальмонелла виды, Стафилококк виды клятва стрептококк spp. in calves, pigs and poultry.

Противопоказания

Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines. Administration to animals with a seriously impaired renal and/or hepatic function. Concurrent administration of penicillins, cephalosporins, quinolones and cycloserine. Administration to animals with an active microbial digestion.

Побочные эффекты

Discolouration of teeth in young animals. Hypersensitivity reactions.

Дозировка

For oral administration. Calves: 12.5 – 25 g of product per 100 kg of body weight for 3 – 5 days. Pigs: 10 – 25 g of product per 100 kg of body weight for 3 – 5 days. Poultry: 12.5 – 25 g of product per 100 kg of body weight for 3 – 5 days. Note: for pre-ruminant calves only.

-For meat: Calves : 24 days. Pigs : 4 days. Poultry : 6 days. -For eggs : 5 days.
