Inactivated Pentavalent Vaccine
For immunization against Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV), Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza subtype H9N2 and Newcastle Disease

Ingredients (not inactivated)

  • Inactivated Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus, GI-1 lineage (classical) [IBV-EG/M41-ME01/2011] ≥ 7.0 log10 EID50/dose

  • Incative Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus, GI-13 (variant-1) [ME/IBV-VAR1/2017] ≥ 7.0 log10 EID50/dose

  • Infective Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus, GI-23 (variant-2) [Eg/1212B] ≥ 7.0 log10 EID50/dose

  • Inactivated Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza subtype H9N2 [A/Chicken/Egypt/ME543V/2016] from G1 line ≥ 8.5 log10 EID50/dose

  • Inactivated Newcastle Disease Virus GII LaSota strain [NDV/Chicken/Egypt/11478AF/2011] ≥ 8.5 log10 EID50/dose


Instructions for Use

It is used to re-immunize chickens against Avian Infectious Bronchitis (GI-1, GI-13 and GI-23 lines), Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza subtype H9N2 and Newcastle Disease.


Vaccination Program

  • Chickens can be vaccinated starting at 14 days of age, based on the advice of your veterinarian.

  • An additional dose (booster) may be required during high-risk seasons and regions.

  • For optimal effect, chickens should first be immunized with live NDV and IBV vaccines.


Dosage and Application

  • Dosage: 0.5 mL per chicken

  • Application method:

    • Subcutaneous injection into the lower neck (needle under the skin, away from the head, in a straight line).

    • Intramuscular injection into the pectoral or thigh muscle (the needle should be inserted at a 45° angle, avoiding the abdominal cavity).
