Ingredients (in 1 gram of powder):
Erythromycin thiocyanate – 200 mg

Description:
Gallimix-200 WS is used in chickens for the treatment of infections caused by erythromycin-susceptible bacteria and Mycoplasma spp. Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic that binds to the 50S subunit of ribosomes, blocking protein synthesis and inhibiting cell growth.

Usage Instructions:

  • Treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) (Mycoplasma infections)

  • Staphylococcus aureus (e.g., infectious arthritis)

  • Haemophilus paragallinarum (infectious coryza)

  • Treatment of infections such as Pasteurella multocida (pasteurellosis, pneumonia)

Prohibitions:

  • Sensitivity to Erythromycin

  • Severe liver and kidney function disorders

  • Should not be administered concurrently with tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides, and lincosamides

Side Effects:
Hypersensitivity reactions are possible.

Dosage:

  • Birds: 1 kg / 1000 liters of drinking water, 3-5 days.

Waiting Periods:

  • For meat: 3 days

  • For eggs: 6 days

100 gram packets and 1000 gram jars.
