Albendazole – 25 mg
Description
Albendazole is a synthetic anthelmintic and belongs to the benzimidazole derivatives. It has a broad spectrum of anthelmintic activity and, at high doses, is also effective against adult stages of liver flukes.
Instructions for Use
It is used for the prevention and treatment of worm infections in cows, calves, sheep and goats.

Gastrointestinal worms: Bunostomum spp., Cooperia spp., Chabertia spp., Haemonchus spp., Nematodirus spp., Oesophagostomum spp., Ostertagia spp., Strongyloides spp., Trichostrongylus spp.

Lungworms: Dictyocaulus viviparus and D. filaria

Cutworms: Monieza spp.

Liverworm: Adult Fasciola hepatica
Prohibitions

It should not be used in the first 45 days of pregnancy.
Side Effects

Hypersensitivity reactions are possible.
Dosage

It is administered orally.

Cows and calves: 1 ml per 3 kg body weight.

For liver flukes: 1 ml per 2.5 kg body weight.

Sheep and goats: 1 ml per 5 kg body weight.

For liver flukes: 1 ml per 3 kg of body weight.
Shake well before use.
