VAIO-VAC
Live attenuated, lyophilized vaccine against Fowl Pox
Description
VAIOL-VAC is a live, lyophilized vaccine made from attenuated chickenpox virus grown in embryonated SPF eggs. Full immunity develops approximately 10 days after vaccination, but partial protection is provided within a few days.

Application method and dosage

Completely dissolve the contents of the vaccine vial in the solvent.

Pour the prepared solution into a plastic container.

Dip the applicator needles into the vaccine and inject them into the skin of the chicken's wing (1 injection is sufficient).

If a nodular swelling develops at the inoculation site after 6 days, this indicates that the vaccine is effective.
Age and time:

Immunity is short-lived in chicks vaccinated before 5–6 weeks of age. In this case, laying hens and parents should be revaccinated before the laying period.

It can be applied to healthy chickens in all seasons and at any age.
Emergencies:

When the disease begins to spread, only healthy birds should be vaccinated, and sick birds should be isolated.

Storage conditions
It should be stored at a temperature of +2°C – +8°C. Don't freeze!
After use
Vials should be burned or disinfected.
